How much does house cleaning cost in Grosse Pointe?
A Standard Refresh starts at $275 for a 1 bed, 1 bath home, plus $25 for each extra bedroom and $30 for each extra full bathroom, so a 3 bed, 2 bath home starts at $355. Deep cleans start at $550 and move-in or move-out cleans at $800. Recurring visits save 20% weekly, 15% every two weeks or 10% monthly.
What does the $50 deposit do?
It reserves your date and time and is applied toward your total. The balance is charged after the clean. Cancel free up to 24 hours before; inside 24 hours the fee is $100, with your deposit applied toward it.
When am I charged?
Your $50 deposit when you reserve. The balance after the clean, once you have confirmed it by text: card on file, or cash, Zelle or Venmo.
Do you bring supplies?
Yes. Every crew arrives with its own kit of supplies and equipment.
Do I need to be home?
No. Tell Zola how the crew gets in, such as a lockbox, garage code or key, plus any pets or parking notes. Share codes with Zola directly, never in a public message.
Who comes to my home?
A background-checked Timeless Cleans specialist, insured and bonded, led by owner Leah Soloway. If anyone new joins your visit, we tell you first.
